Kenneth Ekdahl, Lindome, Sweden has passed away on 30 November i the afternoon, 48 years old. According to a message he died due to cardiac inconveniences.
He has been an active collaborator in several blogs and forums concerning LCHF for several years. He was among those who helped me with the moderation of my blog comments. He has during this autumn been suffering from mouse elbow and has not been able to be as active in using the computer.
The latest comment from him which I have found was published on 30 November:
”The elk collects the fat deposits mainly on the back according to what I have seen. If you make the most of it you certainly can make fat and delicious minced meat from it.

- I am a Swedish woman interested in questions concerning health and the connection between food and health. LCHF which means HighFat-LowCarb is a rather newly discovered dietary line. The dietary programme is introduced by a Swedish doctor named Annika Dahlqvist. She is running a blog on the issue. However her blog is mainly in Swedish but according to an article in the Swedish newspaper called Aftonbladet Annika Dahlqvist saw a need of an English version as people outside Sweden had asked for it. As I am a freelancing translator working with the linguistic combinations English - Swedish and Swedish - English I contacted Annika by e-mail and suggested her to let me perform the translations. Therefore I began the job to translate the most important articles with the most international relevance and insert them on my blog to which the Swedish blog version is linked.
