Many advocates of different dietary models claim that their model is most beneficial from various perspectives. Vegan diet (including “live food”), lacto-vegetarian diet, low fat (the bad fat), LCHF diet etc. As far as I know they are not widely compared in terms of hard end-points (disease and death).
A core issue in today’s society is Type-2 diabetes. In the USA, the low-fat country, the disease has obtained an explosive course of event. LCHF has both scientifically and by experience, a beneficial effect against diabetes.
Those who advocate other dietary models should therefore show comparative studies that their model is better than LCHF.
